What was the highlight of De Prime Rangnam Hotel
Wonderful
What a lovely hotel, large room, with walk in shower, spotlessly clean, the most friendly & welcoming staff, who are happy to assist you in getting about locally. Designer outlet shopping on same road as hotel, 5 mins away & sky train link 6 mins. An array of local shops outside of hotel, everything catered for. In-house restaurant serving a wide selection for breakfast & delicious evening meals, we only ate from the Thai menu, but others seated near us had pizzas & and pasta, which looked yummy too. Small rooftop pool, towels provided. Very comfortable stay of 4 nights, thanks to Tean De Prime @ Rangnam
One very small niggle, there was no bar open in the evening outside of the restaurant, however we did find that if you asked at reception they were very happy to arrange drinks order being sent to your room or for you to drink in the very pleasant & vast reception area.

What was the highlight of De Prime Rangnam Hotel
We enjoyed our stay
The staff were polite and generally seemed to care we were there. The location was great. Near a mall and some great street food carts. Breakfast was excellent. Room was large with lots of amenities.
Our family room was pretty dirty upon check in. Green confetti leftover from New Year’s and the couch pretty stained. The master bathroom shower needs to be replaced and there seemed to be a sewer smell coming up from the drain (even on the 5th floor). The road was also quite noisy below us. Unfortunately we found the room didn’t match the value of the rest of the hotel.

It wouldn’t be my first choice, but would consider staying there again.
Staff were nice. Room was a good size. Lobby was attractive.
Housekeeping was uneven. Rooms weren’t cleaned until late in afternoon. After cleaning one day we had no toilet paper and another day no hand towels or washcloths, There also were not many choices of restaurants close. They advertised a bar but wine was only available by the bottle and then very limited selection.

Nice hotel, but location not great
Rooftop pool was nice and staff were friendly. Rooms were nice and cool with good air con.
Location is a bit out of the way - we found it difficult to get a taxi from the city back to our hotel as taxis were not willing to drive that far.
